better. It’s also about making the choice to take control
of your time, rather than have it control you.

The focus of this program is to increase the “dollar
productive hours” of your staff. In turn, increasing
the dollar productive hours of your business. What could be
more crucial than improving the efficiency and success of
both and your organisation and its individuals.

- Analyse how they currently spend their time and implement
new time saving methods
- Identify ‘time wasters’ and eliminate ‘low-yield’
jobs
- Understand why we procrastinate
- Say NO to anything that is not in their best interest
or in line with their goals
- Understand the difference between ‘urgent’
and ‘important’ tasks and prioritise accordingly
- Divide larger tasks, delegate wherever possible and concentrate
on one task at a time
- Ensure meetings have a purpose and time limit and include
only essential personnel
- Set realistic long and short term goals and targets,
prioritise them and monitor achievements and progress
- Maintain accurate calendars and diaries and be diligent
in abiding by them
- Effectively use ‘To-do’ lists and Action
Plans
- Ensure they are using all the tools and resources at
their command
